Account Manager/Customer Service Representative
Lisa joined Specialty Insurance Solutions in 2016 bringing with her 15 years’ experience implementing new systems, overseeing compliance, and internal audits for the financial industry. Lisa’s career also includes more than 13 years in higher education designing courses and providing technical instruction at two different schools.
At SIS Lisa was instrumental in the design of the in-house wavier/eligibility system (E-WAIVE). She served as the project manager, overseeing the programming staff, testing, implementation of the system, as well as providing training and support to SIS’s student health insurance clients. Her ability to effectively communicate with our partnering institutions, students, and developers has led to making E-WAIVE the preferred waiver/eligibility system for numerous colleges and universities.
Lisa’s diverse background in instruction, management, and design has been critical in helping our customer service staff provide a proactive and positive customer experience.
Lisa is licensed to transact life and health insurance.
